Refund policy

1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

Email us at hello@wellpark.co within 30 days of receiving your order, using the email address linked to your purchase.

Include your order number, details of the product, and the reason for your request.

We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue. In some cases, we may also ask you to return the item for inspection. If so, we’ll make the process simple and provide clear instructions.
Once approved, we will issue your refund or send your replacement within 3–5 business days.
2. Change of Mind, Product Efficacy & Opened Items
Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to:

change of mind,

claims that the product did not work as expected (“efficacy”), or

products that have been opened or consumed, unless a fault is confirmed.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell opened items. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
3. Return Conditions

Refunds and replacements apply to orders placed via wellpark.co only.

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in their original condition unless faulty.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wellpark.co with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In these cases, our standard Returns & Refunds policy will apply.
5. Your Rights Under NZ Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
