We ship all orders from New Zealand using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and smoothly.
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00pm NZT are usually processed the same business day

Orders placed after 12:00pm NZT will be processed the next business day
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
New Zealand Delivery
All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Delivery times shown in tracking are estimates only. Please monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
