5a. Subscription Terms

The following terms apply to all subscription purchases made through our website. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

Subscription availability

Subscriptions are available to customers in New Zealand and Australia.

What’s included

Subscriptions are offered as a 3-pack (60 sachets) delivered automatically on a recurring basis.

  • The first subscription order is offered at a discounted introductory price of $198.99.

  • A 15% subscription discount is applied to all subsequent subscription orders (currently $226.95 per delivery).

  • Free shipping is included on all subscription deliveries to New Zealand.

  • The subscription frequency is fixed and cannot be changed.

Billing and delivery schedule

When you place your initial subscription order, payment is taken at checkout.

To help ensure you do not run out, your second subscription order will be charged and dispatched 50 days after your initial order.

All subsequent subscription orders will be charged and dispatched every 60 days thereafter, unless your subscription is paused or cancelled before processing.

Subscription orders are created and processed automatically according to this schedule.

Managing your subscription

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed via your customer account.

Once a subscription order has been processed or prepared for dispatch, it cannot be paused, skipped, cancelled, or refunded.

Billing and delivery timing

Subscription charges are processed according to the subscription schedule and are not dependent on delivery dates.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, border processing, courier delays, weather events, or peak shipping periods. Delays in transit do not pause, delay, or cancel scheduled subscription charges.

International shipping, duties, and taxes

International subscription orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the subscription price or shipping fee.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you and may attempt to retry the payment automatically. If payment cannot be successfully processed after multiple attempts, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Price changes

Subscription pricing may change from time to time. If the price of a subscription changes, we will notify you in advance before the next scheduled renewal.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, subscription orders are not eligible for return or refund once processed, including where delivery is delayed due to customs or courier processing, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), or the Australian Consumer Law.
